What is the Reference No. ?
The reference number is only required by people who have previously
accessed the system. If you are logging in for the first time, you should
leave the reference number blank.
If you are a return visitor and wish to access a selection
that you have previously saved, enter your
reference
number.
Please
have to hand the email address which you used when saving the selection.

Missing Your Password?
If you have not received your password, or you have lost it, please click here to contact
us and we will issue you with a reminder.
I received two passwords. Which should I use ?
If you are a wedding client, you will have received 2 passwords.
You may distribute the shorter of these passwords to your friends and relations, so that they can view or order images themselves.
You should keep the longer password for yourself, as you will need to use this to order the images for your
Wedding and/or Parent Album. My password doesn't seem to work - what should I do ?
Most problems with passwords are caused by a combination of the following:- general typos
- interchanging similar-looking letters (e.g. zero/the letter 'O' or one/lowercase 'L')
- having CAPS LOCK or NUM LOCK switched on
- incorrect keyboard setup which puts characters such as '#', '*' or '$' in the wrong place
To avoid all of these problems, please cut-and-paste your password directly from the email you received.
If that still does not work, please email us, being sure to include your Client Name and the password you were trying.
